It is Important to set a path and Stay the coarse, but always enjoy the beauty along th way. It's all about the journey
I grew up in the 60’s and 70’s in a close knitted Catholic Family in a small suburb on the out skirts of St Louis. I was raised by a single Mother after the death of my father at age 5. Coming from a large family with a strong German background my mother believed in personal responsibility, unconditional love, and hard work which are all traits she instilled in me and my 2 sisters. I had my first job at age 11 selling newspapers on a street corner and full time job at age 13 as a cashier at a small market in my neighborhood. It was these early experiences that instilled a dedicated work ethic which I have kept throughout my life. And it was my religious upbringing attending a catholic school for 8 years that made me understand right from wrong and the importance of compassion towards all god’s creatures.
At the age of 21 while attending college for a degree in electronic engineering I started my own business selling and servicing cash registers and that began by independant professional career and from that point I have never looked back. I taught myself to never say never and not be afraid of the unknown. That failure is just part learning and dedication will always prevail in the long runNothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude. Thomas Jefferson
Like most young people I had many questions about life in general. Love, purpose, where I was heading, where I would like to live. Following on the words given to me by my mother.
“You can be anything you want if you put your mind to it”
I thought about all the places and things I would like to see and began to travel to learn what this world had to offer. This led me to Colorado where with coaxing from a close friend I hiked to the top of the continental divide on several occasions.

Never lose an opportunity of seeing anything beautiful, for beauty is God's handwriting.Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803-1882
It was during these trips that I acquired the passion for the outdoors and nature and experienced an inner peace that was the result of seclusion, determination and mental and physical challenge brought on by 14,000 ft towers of wilderness. It was these trips that taught me the importance of health and how the earth works and how nature survives in a balance. I did not know at the time but these lessons had become an impotant part of the develepment of who I was. They played a big role building confidence in what I could Achieve and taught me that nature was a force that cannot be controled. You must learn to exist within its rules as it brings an order that all living things things sucumb to. Perhaps it was the challange to control it or just the security to know I would have it when needed, either way I developed a passion for the outdoors which would become a lifelong calling to be with nature and experience all the beauty this planet holds. I was destined to be a caretaker of the land if god allowed.

I now own several tracks of land in the mark twain forest. Whenever I need to think or simply unwind it is there that I find peace. I take pride in being the caretaker of this land and I am thankful for the opportunity to share in it in my time on earth

It was also during my mid 20's that I met a girl who had the beauty of a model. She showed up in my life one evening when I was in one of the darkest emotional holes I had ever been in. She inherited all the qualities that I wanted in a friend. She was truly a gift that was sent to me for a reason and one that I have kept my side since we met. Some say relationships are challenging, this is something unknown to me
Its beauty that captures your attention; personality which captures your heart
As we’ve grown, Married, made a family with 2 great children, and built a career as business professionals. I have learned that it s through giving that one receives happiness. I have been blessed with allot of material things in life and I have struggled to create wealth hoping that with money would come happiness. What I have learned, however, and am still learning is that the more you give the better you feel and the more you get. I have met several people in my life that I have taken under my wing. I have enjoyed helping them and hopefully teaching them some of the great lessons I have learned. It is my hope that someday they will take some of this and pay it forward to others and that they are better because of it.

Finally Of all things given to man I believe the 2 most important are music and humor. They are the 2 languages that all mankind understand. I believe they were given to us to light the path for understanding. There is not a conflict the humor can’t overcome or a division that music can’t bridge. Anyone who does not take time to laugh or make time to listen to music is missing life’s simple pleasures
